I passed this little guy on my way up and down the stairs to the main road every day.

This isn’t a photo of a dog, but a photo of the stairs I took to the main road. Tibetan homes in McLeodganj are literally elbow-to-elbow, so much so they might share walls. It appears that the stairs lead onto someone’s roof—they don’t, they take a sharp left. Homes stack immediately to the left, right, and in front. Personal space? Privacy? What’s that?
